I'm Zoe, your personal holiday let manager, whether you are experienced holiday let owners who just require some help with Housekeeping duties or whether you have just bought a new holiday home to let and not sure how to start in getting it up and running. Whatever your situation, I am here to help you achieve your goals.

 

My background is in Aviation, working in a busy fast paced and ever changing office environment, here I developed an extremely high level of organisation and excellent communication skills. I worked in different areas within the airline, heavily involved with safety and regulatory compliance. I travelled the world as an airline auditor staying in many high end hotels which has set a standard of what I think is expected when you are paying for accommodation. From this incredible career, I have brought these skills and my keen eye for detail to Holiday Let Management. 

After successfully setting up and running my own holiday let, I am now helping other hosts to set up, manage and maintain their property to a high standard with customer satisfaction in mind. 

With my extensive safety and compliance experience I can perform risk assessments on your property and advise you how to always ensure you are meeting the legislative requirements for running a holiday let.  

Full Management

This service is ideal for holiday let owners who have just purchased a holiday let but are unsure where to start. Or maybe you have decided to change where you have been advertising your property to have more flexibility to use your holiday home yourself without having restricted weeks. Or maybe you have a holiday let but no longer have the time to manage it.

Full Management includes:

  • Initial review of holiday let, design ideas and set up as per your requirements
  • Perform Risk Assessment and advise steps to ensure compliance to regulations 
  • Creation of all required signage, welcome pack, house rules and guides/instructions
  • Photographs of property and local area
  • Upload to Hidden Gem Staycations website 
  • Upload to online booking agents
  • Generation of own Holiday Let Facebook Page
  • Advertise locally and on relevant platforms
  • Manage all booking enquires / requests
  • Generate invoices and handle transactions
  • 24 hour POC for guests during their stay
  • Handle any issues if they arise
  • Provide access for any maintenance work / contractors 
  • Do check ins during quiet periods / meter readings
  • Handle all feedback / complaints
  • Manage stock supplies / Hamper items
  • Maintain waste procedure
  • Ensure all Changeovers are completed timely and to a high standard 

Partial Management 

This service is ideal for people who want to manage the bookings and guest enquiries on their holiday let themselves, but don't live close by to manage the property.

Partial Management includes:

  • Create relevant signage and arrival/departure instructions
  • Upload to Hidden Gem Staycations website
  • 24 hour POC for guests during their stay
  • Handle any issues if they arise
  • Review feedback and advise owner on any recommendations
  • Do check ins as and when required / meter readings
  • Provide access for any maintenance work / contractors 
  • Manage stock supplies / hamper items
  • Maintain waste procedure
  • Ensure all changeovers are completed timely and to a high standard 

Housekeeping

Being extremely organised and having high standards enables me to ensure your holiday let is maintained to the same level of high standards. From first impressions to lasting memories, I want every guest to leave having the best holiday and I am truly passionate about this. Aside from health and safety being the upmost importance, having a high level of cleanliness is vital to the success of any holiday let, and of course having all amenities guests would wish for to create a warm, comfortable, home from home stay.

Housekeeping Duties include:

  • Full property changeover clean 
  • Wash and press of all linen and towels
  • All required beds made up
  • Refill provided stock items and hamper (if applicable) 
  • Waste removal as per waste procedure
  • General garden tidy / sweep
  • Reporting of any breakages / issues
  • Reporting of any feedback / guest book entries
