Rental Rates

For 2024 Little Orchard is available for 7, 10 and 14 night stays (for 10 and 14 nights please message for price)

Cleaning Fee

£120 cleaning fee is charged on top of the weekly rental rate

Payments

Payment is possible by BACS, PayPal or Stripe (handling fee charged back to customer for Stripe Payments)

£100 non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your booking, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your stay

Cancellations

Free cancellation if cancelled 60 days prior to your stay (loss of £100 deposit)

Cancellations made 30-60 days before your stay, 50% is refundable (change of date may be possible)

Cancellations made less than 30 days before your stay is non-refundable

Security Deposit

£300 refundable security deposit is required before your stay, this is refunded within 48 hours after your departure when the property has been cleaned and inspected.
